Privacy Policy
How Start Link handles information. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Information processed
Depending on features used, Start Link may process account email and authentication information; LinkedIn profile names, titles, companies and profile URLs; lists, campaign steps, messages, replies, notes, CRM records, and activity logs; and technical diagnostics needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Where data is stored
Some data is stored locally in the browser. Account, synchronization, and selected cloud features may use Supabase-hosted services. Optional encrypted backups may store encrypted content; the scope of encryption depends on the feature. We do not claim that all data categories are end-to-end encrypted.
Teams and integrations
When team features are enabled, authorized team members may access shared workspace records according to their permissions. Optional third-party integrations may receive data needed for the features users enable. LinkedIn and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Purposes and security
Data may be used to authenticate users, operate campaigns and workspace functions, synchronize permitted information, provide support, detect failures, and secure the service. Access controls and other technical safeguards are used where implemented, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Data may remain in local storage, cloud records, or backups until deleted through supported processes or according to retention practices. Specific retention windows and deletion workflows require confirmation. Contact us for an account or data request.
Your choices
You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and technical limitations. For privacy requests, email admin@startlink.co.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when product practices change. The latest version will be posted here.
